Returns and exchanges are decided on a case by case basis. Email StardustandSage@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order. We do not make returns based on shipping estimates or unforeseen delays.

Standard processing time is 3-10 business days, orders may take longer based on sales volume. Shipping rates start at $5.00 based on package weights. All priority mail orders come with $50 insurance protection. It rarely happens but we can’t control how the post office handles your package. Please contact USPS if items arrived damaged and unusable. You can file a claim for the value of your order.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered at checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos. Please check spam or junk mail folders if you do not receive your order confirmation. Also check your email in the order for typos as you will not receive any details on your order if the wrong address is entered. Orders are not processed on Weekends or National Holidays.
For international orders please refer to your local post for shipping time estimates. Processing is 3-10 business days and actual shipping time will be determined by destination. Our return and exchange policy above remains the same for international orders.
